Join us Monday July 22nd for four awesome speakers sharing their knowledge and experiences in relocating houses, good architectural design and the New “L” word in real estate CSIRO “Liveability” scores

Firstly – Great opportunity to come and hear from very successful Architect David Thompson Inproperty Design. As South Australian Young Entrepreneur Scheme Award for “Business Growth” in 2015 David has carved a business designing bespoked developments. He will provide design tips when building or renovating to save you money and help sell your property quicker and for the most money. He can show you how to maximise the development potential of your site with innovative custom design. How to design your development to cost less to build. David will show examples of awesome design and poor design.

Frans Lems will follow providing invaluable information about A new ‘L’ word which has cropped up alongside the old real estate mantra of ‘location, location, location,’ with more homebuyers focusing on the liveability of their prospective new home. It’s a CSIRO measure of the living conditions in a city or suburb, liveability refers to factors that impact on daily life, such as safety, infrastructure and environment.

We also have two awesome speakers who have done something many of us have aspired to attempt but have never been courageous enough. If you have ever thought about relocating a house for profit. Gordon Sandison, a builder, will share his experience relocating a 3 bedroom home from Seaton to the Barossa Valley. You will hear the warts and all story of what is involved.

Plus Joanne Hands, will share her experience relocating a 4 bedroom house from Sydney to the Hunter Valley and a horror story of moving a house to a rural property in Northern NSW, where the semi-trailer carrying the house slowly slid down the hill. Plus, must ask questions to the vendor, house mover and builder putting the house back together.

Make sure you don’t miss this meeting to get some great information relating to any type of property transaction.

Remember, you are always welcome to bring along friends or relatives who are interested in property investing – it is all about networking with like-minded people!
